Check for any type of leaks from plumbing or roof issues

Run water in all fixtures, flush toilets to make sure they are functioning properly

Turn off main water to home once the visit is complete

Check smoke detectors

Check thermostat for temperature/humidity

Visual inspection for signs of rodents/insects

Lock doors and make sure windows are also secure

Video/picture documentation of locked entry and water main shutoff

If there is an exterior to inspect It will also be walked

Check electrical panel for tripped breakers and water heater off
