Each Homewatch walkthrough is videoed, not only for our security but for yours as well since you will be confidant that we are doing a good job with your home away from home

We check for any type of water leaks from plumbing, sprinkler, or roof

We also run the water in all fixtures, flush toilets, and garbage disposals to make sure they are functioning properly

Turn off main water to home once the visit is complete

Check thermostat for temperature/humidity

Visual inspection for signs of rodents/insects

Lock doors and make sure windows are also secure

If there is an exterior to inspect "typically homes" It will also be walked

Check electrical panel for tripped breakers and water heater off

If your smoke detector is beeping we can/will change the battery
